Blacklist Class details;
Crossfit - Comprehensive fitness program, that addresses all aspects of fitness. Crossfit utilizes Olympic lifting, gymnastics & cardio. All fitness levels welcome.
Mui Thai Kickboxing; Ages 13 & up. High levels of cardiovascular, stamina and physical conditioning. Utilizing the quick hand work of western boxing and elbow, knee & leg striking of Thai & Dutch style kickboxing. This class uses jump ropes, med. Balls, Thai bags & mitt training in a 3-5 min round format. All fitness and Technique levels welcome. Blacklist T-shirt, hand wraps and gloves required. Head gear, mouth guard, shin pads and 16oz gloves required for sparring. Sparring is not a requirement!

Beginners BJJ; Ages 12 & up. Perfect for those just starting off or those needing to brush up on the basics. Basic Brazilian Jiu-jitsu techniques. Low cardio and physical impact. All fitness and technique levels welcome. Clean white, blue or black BJJ gi required.Adult BJJ ; Ages 13 & older. Great cardio! This class covers all the basics of Judo, submission wrestling and goes into great detail about Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. Brazilian Jiu-jitsu has proven itself as the most effective and dynamic ground fighting art in the world. Students will learn how to use leverage to submit or escape from larger attackers. Class begins with drills, then technique, followed by Sparring or “rolling”. Sparring is not required, but recommended. Clean white, blue or black BJJ Gi required.

NO-GI Submission wrestling; Ages 13 & older. Basic Wrestling & Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu submissions, with modified no-gi grips. You will learn takedowns, positioning & finishes.

Lil Warriors; Ages 4-12. This program is great for those seeking discipline, courage & physical fitness. Students will learn the basics of Judo, Submission wrestling & Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. They also have the opportunity to train in stranger danger & the striking art of kickboxing. This is by far the most comprehensive youth martial arts program around. Students are divided up by age groups of 4-6, 7-9 & 10-12 years of age. Students earn belt promotions through grades, hard work, tournaments, student of the month, sparring & evaluations. Clean white, blue or black Gi is required.
Youth Kickboxing - ages 7-13. This program is offered to our Lil Warriors to round off there overall martial arts skills. The UFC has proven that BJJ, wrestling & Kickboxing are the best tools for real world protection. Blacklist T-shirt & gloves required. Sparring not required.

Cardio kickboxing; ages 12 & up. This class is perfect for those seeking high levels of Cardiovascular & fitness training. Taught by a MMA fighter, this class also teaches practical striking techniques and utilizes Crossfit for the best in all around fun fitness. All fitness levels welcome, but students must work on improving the overall fitness to keep up.

Open mat- All ages. This is a time to drill, spar and ask questions. There is no format and students have the opportunity to work on whatever they need help with.
